The Cincinnati Stix baseball program has a rich 15 year heritage. The Stix are based out of Loveland, Ohio and play in the "Southwest Ohio League" -- one of the largest leagues in the country with over 500 teams in ages 9-18. This year's 11U Stix have been very successful over the past two years, posting a cumulative 99-16 record, and going undefeated in their league for two consecutive years. In 2009, the highlight of year for the Stix was playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park and winning the "Around the Horn Plus" skills competition. Additionally, the Stix won seven tournaments throughout the Midwest in 2009, including two 11U tournaments; an Elite Invitational with the best teams from Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky; and the Cincinnati Flames Summer Classic. In 2010, the Stix are looking forward to extending their schedule nationally against the best teams in the country.
